All quiet on the frontal lobe mug

You’ve walked into the kitchen and forgotten why you’re there. Your phone is in your hand while you’re looking for your phone. Someone asked you a question approximately thirty seconds ago and you’ve only just realised you didn’t hear a single word of it.

There are no thoughts.

Just elevator music and the occasional dial-up noise.

Whatever was supposed to be happening up there has been temporarily suspended due to circumstances beyond management’s control.
