Whether you're around the corner or on the other side of the world, I'll do my best to get your pottery to you safely.

Every order is carefully packed by me using plenty of protective packaging (probably more than strictly necessary), because I'd much rather over-pack a box than have your new favourite mug arrive in pieces.

Ready-made pieces are usually dispatched within 2–5 business days. Custom orders will be shipped once complete (your estimated turnaround time will be confirmed when you order).

  • Flat rate: $20 NZD

United States 🇺🇸

  • 1 mug: $25 USD
  • 2 mugs: $32 USD
  • 3 mugs: $40 USD
  • 4+ mugs: Please get in touch for a shipping quote.

United Kingdom 🇬🇧

  • 1 mug: $20 AUD / £10
  • 2 mugs: $30 AUD / £15

I offer free local delivery within 10 km of Griffith, ACT. If you're within the delivery area, simply select Local Delivery at checkout.

Local Pickup

Prefer to collect your order? You're welcome to pick it up from Griffith, ACT. I'll send you the pickup details once your order is ready.

If something goes wrong

I take a lot of care packing every order, but if your parcel arrives damaged, please get in touch within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of:

  • the damaged item
  • the internal packaging
  • the outside of the shipping box

I'll work with you to get things sorted as quickly as possible.
