Returns & Refunds Policy
Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Change of Mind
Because each piece is handmade in small batches, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, including (but not limited to):

deciding you no longer want the item

ordering the wrong item
-
finding the item cheaper elsewhere
-
personal preference regarding colour, size, or style
Please choose carefully before purchasing. If you have any questions about a piece, feel free to contact us prior to ordering.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your email address] with:

your order number, and
-
clear photos showing the issue and packaging (if damaged in transit).
We will assess the issue and, where required under ACL, offer:
-
a replacement,
-
a repair, or
-
a refund.
Handmade Variations
Each Made by Flynne piece is handmade and may feature natural variations in:
-
glaze finish,
-
colour depth,
-
texture, and
-
shape or size.
These variations are part of the nature of handmade ceramics and are not considered faults.
Breakages in Transit
We take great care in packaging your order. If an item arrives broken, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of:
-
the damaged item, and
-
the external and internal packaging.
We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Sale Items
Unless required under Australian Consumer Law, sale items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
Returns Process
If a return is approved:

we will provide return instructions, and
-
items must be returned unused and in original condition where applicable.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or damaged.
