Order Processing

All pieces are handmade and packed with care from our tiny studio in Canberra.

Please allow 2–5 business days for your order to be processed and packed before dispatch. During busy periods or collection launches, processing times may be slightly longer — we’ll always aim to keep you updated.


Shipping Within Australia

We currently ship within Australia only.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. All orders are shipped with tracking.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.


Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times (after dispatch) are provided by the carrier and may vary depending on location:

  • Metro areas: approx. 2–5 business days

  • Regional or remote areas: approx. 5–10 business days

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or peak periods (such as holidays).


Packaging & Care

Ceramics are fragile, and we take great care to package each piece securely to minimise the risk of damage in transit.

If your order arrives damaged, please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy and contact us as soon as possible with photos of the item and packaging.


Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders sent to incorrectly provided addresses.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, re-shipping costs may apply.


Lost or Delayed Parcels

Once an order has been dispatched, delivery is handled by the shipping carrier. While delays are rare, they can occasionally occur.

If your parcel appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we’ll do our best to assist with a carrier enquiry.
