These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, Instagram Shop, and any purchases made from Made by Flynne (“we”, “us”, “our”).
By accessing our site or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. General

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time, to the extent permitted by law.

You agree not to use our products or services for any unlawful purpose or to violate any applicable laws or regulations.

2. Products & Descriptions

All products are handmade in small batches.
We take care to accurately describe and photograph each item, however:

colours may vary slightly due to screen settings, and
handmade items may feature natural variations in size, glaze, and finish.

These variations are a normal part of handmade ceramics and are not considered defects.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD).

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been placed and confirmed.

4. Orders

By placing an order, you confirm that:

you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract, and
all information provided (including shipping details) is accurate.

We reserve the right to cancel or limit quantities on orders at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or errors.

5. Shipping

Shipping timeframes and costs are outlined in our Shipping Policy.
Once an order has been dispatched, delivery is handled by the shipping carrier.

We are not responsible for delays outside of our control.

6. Returns & Refunds

Returns, refunds, and exchanges are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

7. Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

Where a product fails to meet a consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund as required by law.

8. Care & Use of Products

Ceramics are functional but fragile.
We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse, improper care, or failure to follow reasonable care instructions (for example, dropping items or exposing them to extreme temperature changes).

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and social media — including text, images, product names, and branding — is the property of Made by Flynne and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or services.

This clause does not limit any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.
The current version will always be available on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updates.
